Po sot u takuam me Presidentin Ambasadori spanjoll, vendi i te cilit mban presidencen e radhes se Bashkimin Europian Manuel Montobio dhe ambasadori i Komisionit Europian Helmut Lohan.

TIRANĖ - Presidenti i Republikes Bamir Topi takoi sot Ambasadorin amerikan John Withers me te cilin, foli rreth tryezes mes mazhoranes dhe opozites. Ditet e fundit ishte folur per nje marreveshje te negociuar qe do te vendosej ne tryezen e bisedimeve.
